Our commitment is to ensure the development and sustainability of the communities in which we operate by contributing to and partnering with these communities in initiatives that aim to create opportunities that integrate marginalized South Africans to the mainstream economy. 

The Company aims to contribute towards economic prosperity, sustainable growth and employment in these communities.

Both Avon and Dedisa’s SED strategy is focused on 4 core areas:
+ Projects that aim to conserve ecosystems and biodiversity;
+ Education initiatives;
+ Social & welfare initiatives; and
+ Promoting and advancing B-BBEE enterprises from an Enterprise Development perspective.
