Niroshma comes with 25 years’ experience both in the telecommunications and energy sector. Her experience includes working in start-ups, project finance, infrastructure projects, business case management, development of strategy, submission of bids, projects in construction as well as managing operations.

Xola has been with the Peakers project from the start of construction, and assisted in the capacitation of The Peaker Trust finance in the Trust’s initial four to five years of operations. As a deployee of LPS in The Peakers project, he is an attendee at LPS Board meetings. He has experience in different sectors, having worked in Senior Management Finance roles in revenue collection and procurement (public sector), logistics sector, media and entertainment sector and others. He also served in other Directorship roles, including in USAASA and SAICA.
Xola Stock - CFO
Nalini recently joined Avon and Dedisa Peaking Power in the role of Chief Operating Officer. She has over 22 years’ experience in the energy and financial sectors working at South Africa’s Power Utility, Eskom for over 19 years in various capacities and thereafter at the Industrial Development Corporation as an Energy Specialist.
