Avon Peaking Power has offered Themba Khumalo, the owner of Umphini construction a 12 months business mentorship programme,
facilitated by The Hope Factory.
The aim of the programme is to work with Themba to help him with analysing his business
and introduce interventions that will help elevate his business to become more competitive.
